By accessing the atrium website, downloading atrium, or using the desktop app, you agree to these Terms of Service.
atrium is currently offered in early access. Features may change, break, or be removed. The product may be incomplete, and some behavior may be experimental.
Subject to these terms, you may use atrium for your personal or internal business use. atrium and all related rights, branding, and proprietary materials remain the property of Skybot, LLC, except for third-party components licensed separately.

If you submit bug reports, suggestions, ideas, or other feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into atrium without any obligation to you.
Public feedback submitted through GitHub may be visible to others. Our feedback tracker is available at atrium-issues.
atrium may rely on or link to third-party services, software, or websites, including GitHub and analytics providers. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
atrium is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the website or app will always be available, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of atrium.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue atrium or any part of it at any time. We may also update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
