Terms of Service

By accessing the atrium website, downloading atrium, or using the desktop app or the iOS app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you got the iOS app through the App Store or TestFlight, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

atrium is currently offered as a public beta. Features may change, break, or be removed. The product may be incomplete, and some behavior may be experimental.

Subject to these terms, you may use atrium for your personal or internal business use. atrium and all related rights, branding, and proprietary materials remain the property of Skybot, LLC, except for third-party components licensed separately.

You agree not to:

• Use atrium in violation of applicable law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the website, downloads, or service infrastructure.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, security protections, or product restrictions.
• Use the service to infringe the intellectual property or rights of others.
• Use the atrium push relay other than through atrium, or to send notifications to devices you don’t own or aren’t allowed to notify.

If you submit bug reports, suggestions, ideas, or other feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into atrium without any obligation to you.

Public feedback submitted through GitHub may be visible to others. Our feedback tracker is available at atrium-issues.

Push notifications are a convenience, not a guarantee. They depend on your machine, your network, the atrium push relay and Apple’s push service, any of which can delay or drop a notification. Don’t rely on them for anything safety-critical, and don’t treat a missing notification as proof that nothing needs you.

We may rate-limit, suspend or change the push relay to keep it working and to stop abuse.

atrium may rely on or link to third-party services, software, or websites, including GitHub, analytics providers, and the Apple Push Notification service. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

atrium is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the website or app will always be available, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of atrium.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue atrium or any part of it at any time. We may also update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
