Activity cards now update from a direct status push instead of re-reading the whole fleet — far less overhead on large fleets.
A message sent while an agent is working now reaches it immediately instead of waiting out its next tool call.

Fixed

Agent cards no longer sit on "Working" while the agent is actually parked waiting for your answer.
Pressing a canvas button while an agent is working now renders as a canvas bubble instead of raw JSON.
Screenshots dragged from the macOS capture thumbnail no longer silently drop out of the message you send.
Removing a file chip in one room no longer drops the same attachment from every other room's composer.
Computer use can read and click app windows again instead of seeing every window as empty.
Notes tree rows now match the rest of the sidebar, and the sidebar width handle ends where the surface does.
