v0.252.0Jul 28, 2026
Added
  • macOS releases now ship separate Apple Silicon and Intel downloads instead of one universal app, and the download page detects your Mac's architecture automatically.
  • Added an in-app bug-report button that shares your composer's model, effort, permissions, and launch profile instead of using a separate picker.
  • Hugeicons joins Classic and Phosphor as a third icon pack in Settings → General → Icons.
  • A resume button now appears in the pane header when an agent has been dismissed.
  • Chat now renders atrium memory calls (recall, add, etc.) as readable cards, including episode and superseded-memory details.
  • Added a toolbar button that opens a fresh room with the agent launcher.
  • "Always show" tool-collapse patterns can now be toggled on and off individually instead of only added or deleted.
Changed
  • Quieter sidebar, activity card, and composer styling: subtler section headers, borderless chips at rest, and instant tooltips on icon-only controls.
  • Removed the title-bar help icon; the same launcher is still reachable from the command palette.
  • Removed the redundant "New Room" button from the rooms sidebar footer.
Fixed
  • Dismissed panes now stay dismissed across a restart.
  • Runs interrupted by a daemon restart are now surfaced instead of silently dropped.
  • Notepad no longer auto-collapses the sidebar when you focus the editor.
  • Chat's prompt suggestion reappears correctly after the composer is emptied.
  • Chat keeps following the newest messages across a room-switch instead of losing its place.
  • Chat reconnects and catches up properly when a replaced background process takes over a session.
  • Chat now opens a turn when a background task wakes the agent on its own.
  • Pressing Esc during tool execution is now correctly treated as an interrupt.
  • Chat now shows the real reason a session failed to start instead of a generic error.
  • The launcher's preset popover no longer runs off the right edge of the screen.
