v0.218.0Jul 1, 2026
Added
  • Terminals now support macOS-standard line-editing shortcuts (⌘⌫, ⌘←, ⌘→, ⌃⌫), matching Terminal.app and iTerm2.
Changed
  • The composer footer dropped its shortcut-hint labels for a cleaner look — shortcuts are still discoverable via tooltips.
  • Push-to-talk dictation now handles multiple speech segments within one key-hold, using pauses instead of revisions as boundaries.
  • Interrupting an agent with Esc now selects the recovered message in the composer, ready to retype or delete in one keystroke.
Fixed
  • Fixed a typing stall in the composer and notepad caused by spellcheck running on every space key press.
  • Video wallpapers now pause while the window is hidden or occluded, cutting background GPU and CPU use.
  • Reduced background CPU use from hidden panes that kept streaming terminal output nobody was viewing.
  • Slash commands in the composer now release back to normal typing correctly after backspacing past the leading "/".
