Each workspace can pick a custom color from Edit Workspace, overriding the auto-generated identity color across sidebar, activity panel, task groups, command palette, finder, and library. An opt-in setting also paints the active workspace's color onto the titlebar, room tab, sidebar row, and pane header chrome.

Room tab strip swaps the visible horizontal scrollbar for soft edge-fade indicators that appear only when there's content to scroll to.
